tce-setdrive not behaving as expected
« on: February 28, 2012, 04:58:46 AM »
Hi all,

Just downloaded and fired up core4.3

First command after boot up was

Code: [Select]
$ tce-setdriveWhich gave me the following unexpected output
Code: [Select]
Your TCE Drive, /etc/sysconfig/tcedir, has already been selected!
I thought it was supposed to give me a menu with detected partitions ?

On the bright side, you couldn't ask for a more user friendly error message. It tells you WHAT, WHERE, and WHY.
Armed with that much information, you can figure out HOW to deal with it. That's just good stuff.

Hi roberts
I'm sorry. There was no disrespect or sarcasm intended. I just appreciate comprehensible feedback when
something goes wrong.
