100 USD bounty for VLC 2 extension

Just as the subject says, I need a VLC 2 extension, If someone can make one and make it available before Friday 16 March, I'll give them 100 bucks US.

This would update the vlc-dev and vlc extensions that are currently v 1.1.12.

Help appreciated.
