If you are having problems with ezremaster, please post the following:

-Version of CorePlus you are running
-Version of Core/Tiny Core you are remastering
-The exact error or problem you are seeing
-Please attach your /tmp/ezremaster/ezremaster.cfg and /tmp/ezremaster/ezremaster.log files that are created when you create the remaster.

What scripts does take care of loading tcz  from /cde dir?
/etc/init.d/tc-config ?
