Install TCL on a Windows7 samsung nc10 plus netbook: how to?

Hello,
what would be the quickest way in doing it? recommendations (before I start doing it) are welcome.

I am thinking in:
a) launch tcl4.2 xvesa via usb (SD card on USB adapter)
Install on HDD
b) make a new ext4 (boot TCL kernel + core) partition and a ext2 partition (extension, home) and a FAT exchange partition (for exchange windows/linux without loading specific extension) with gparted.
c) install a multiboot from windows. Or perhaps it is quicker from Linux?
    On Xp it is like http://forum.tinycorelinux.net/index.php/topic,11265.msg59705.html#msg59705. For Win7 how to make it quick and easy? (here is something described.. but I still scrfatch my head what is the easiest way .. http://diddy.boot-land.net/grub4dos/files/install_windows.htm#windows3 )
    From Linux, I will probably install extlinux (and TCL) on an ext partition and chainload (?) Win7. How to chainload? (not necessary to answer this question is booting from windows7 with a grub4dos is quicker/better)
d) install manually all files (copy the core.gz vmlinuz extensions..) or the use of a tc-install extension is better/quicker?
Win7 is new for me. I kindly ask here for the easiest installation method (with the lowest failure possibility).

OK. I will start in any case with the usb. But in a middle term, I would like to make the usb port free.
Because: I would like to use an usb modem (UTMS) and an usb mouse.

What kind of Windows7 hardware has only 1 USB port?

It has 3 usb ports (and a SD port; but not bootable)
1) 1 port for the USB modem UMTS
2) 1 port for the mouse (need often a mouse; I have BIG fingers)
3) 1 port for an USB storage
So, I would like to move the setups to the HDDs in the middle term (NOT URGENT)

I could not make this nc10 plus booting from the SD port..
which BIOS setup should I do? (I could make it booting from the USB, not the SD port).

in bios, to boot priority i set hd for fist, but in another option I can choose the priority between the discs based on all the connected disk (usb, sd, hd...).
However, pressing esc during boot I can access to the boot menu.

I  use this "esc" method on the asus bicore latop from my wife (with Ubuntu fatty) for booting it from the SD-HC 8GB card (with TCL), too.
Putting this SD-HC card into the samsung netbook and pushing the esc key still indicate only the HDD.
I contacted samsung germany and asked for new BIOS version for having an NC10 booting from an SD-HC card.
Hopefully I will not wait too long.
If I have no answer from samsung germany, I will ask to a contact person working at samsung Korea.
And will see how to install my rocket boot (with TCL) from the HDD..

New Idea: I will try with a "true" SD card (not a SD-HC) to see if it recognized (a samsung camera I have recognize a SD card, not a SD-HC card; perhaps its the same here).

"For the reason we are not producing the mainboards, we cannot offer a new BIOS": poor answer; has SAMSUNG no control over its suppliers? not customer oriented this answer. I will ask who is the mainboard supplier..;-)

ASUS seems to be much better than SAMSUNG regarding booting from SD.
Think about it when you buy a netbook.

I finally can boot the samsung nc10 netbook from the SD port (in the front of the PC).

1.
a) I installed extlinux and plop (http://www.plop.at/en/bootmanager/index.html) on an USB memory stick; placed in an usb port
b) I putted my SD card with extlinux and TCL on it in the SD port (front of the samsung)
c) by switching on the netbook, the USB stick is recognized, extlinux starts, then plop starts, then I choose the usb menue in plop;
    then it start the extlinux of the SD card
d) I dismount the USB (when the netbook is running with CoreLinux)
This is a bit a workaround, but no USB port is busy. Only the SD port.

or.. better..

2.
- install plop and tinycorelinux on a SD card
- put that card on an usb adapter (card usb adapter from TCHIBO in Germany.. recognized by all BIOS till now.. a lucky card adapter)
- start the netbook from the USB adapter (and the card on it)
- start plop (it is on the screen)
- take the card away from the usb adapter and put it into the SD port in the netbook
- choose the usb menu of plop
- it boot into the SD card
- choose TinyCoreLinux (not plop)..
and it boots.

So, I will keep that netbook starting
a) Win7 on the HDD
b) CoreLinux on the SD card
