Seeking wireless card for IBM Thinkpad 600e

Thanks for the help. I would not know one chip set from another! I just want to find a wireless card that will work with the 600e and TC at Starbucks if possible. All ideas welcome.

I have several older Thinkpad laptops, and I have used a Netgear ma401, without issues with many versions of tinycore.  The ma401  will do nicely with open and wep connections, but does not do wpa.  The ma401's are cheap and plentiful on ebay.

I have a couple of 600e and find that the Linksys WPC55AG dual band A+G seem to work well, Atheros based ,got them from Morgan computers in uk for less than a fiver each (it was some while ago)
