MySQL update

mysql.tcz is updated:

- Updated to 5.5.16
- Compiled on TC 4.0
- No automatic start at boot, use Control Panel or /etc/init.d/services/mysql
- Data storage location changed to /usr/local/mysql/data
- Configuration file now is /etc/my.cnf
- Log file is /var/log/mysql/mysql.log
