Core 4.3.1 a minor bug fix and adjustments release is now available at
http://distro.ibiblio.org/pub/linux/distributions/tinycorelinux/4.x/x86/release

Change log:
* Updated tce-size with date check on sizefile update.
* Updated tce-setup fixed when base boot code is used with missing /tmp/tce/optional directory.
* Updated tce-setdrive with a required readlink.
* Updated filetool.sh with a required readlink when used after tce-setdrive.

Is it me or does downloads page distro.ibiblio.org/tinycorelinux/downloads.html  link to tiny core distro.ibiblio.org/tinycorelinux/4.x/x86/release/TinyCore-current.iso  get version 3.8.4 ?

I  notice forum announcement has:

distro.ibiblio.org/pub/linux/distributions/tinycorelinux/4.x/x86/release/

What makes you think it's 3.8.4? What do you get if you boot it and enter  version  from a terminal?

Downloaded/burned several times because I couldn't believe it.
The ISO is 12,529,664 bytes

OK it's me.

You've GOT to be kidding! No not you gerald_clark, the guys at mozilla firefox! >:(

Used chrome "boing" correct version.
Used safari "tic,tic,tic" correct version.
firefox "tic,toc,tic,toc" WRONG version again.

re-boot.
firefox "tic,toc,tic,toc" good version.

I don't even know when I could have gotten that old version!!

HEADS UP to those who use core64.gz. It has been reposted to correct an issue with extra modules.
It is advised to re-download. Sorry for the inconvience. This notice is only for the 64 bit version of core.
