BusyBox sources not up to date

The sources (and config) to build BusyBox published in http://distro.ibiblio.org/tinycorelinux/4.x/x86/release/src are for v1.19.2, but for TC 4.1rc2 an update to v1.19.3 was done.

Related to this is the question which of the seven patch files for v1.19.2 is still relevant for v1.19.3. I'd appreciate if the accurate sources, config and (if required) patches could be published, as I had planned to look into an old bug with the 'nc' applet and wanted to be certain that I start off from some "stable ground".
