rtorrent 0.8.9

Hi,

I run rtorrent 0.8.6 on my file server and it seems to have some issues every now and then. There is a newer stable release 0.8.9 and was hoping someone could compile this version for the extension repository.

Hi,

 I will update the rTorrent extension to 0.8.9 in the following few days.
 I only have one issue with it right now: rTorrent stops working and exits if it runs out of space during the download...

 Note that the current version has some patches applied which are not updated for the new version so I don't know what should I do... just skip them or try to compile with them and risk a buggy release...
