hpijs-dynppds.tcz requires CUPS 1.3.11?

hpijs-dynppds.tcz can be found in the tc 4.x repo but the info file reads:
"This extension only works with CUPS 1.3.11. "
Cups 1.3.11 is NOT in the 4.x repo. Confusing  ???

cups-1.3.11 was removed from the 4.x repo as the maintainer is no longer around.

Removed hpijs* also - thanks for reporting
