CMUS app on piCore

Hi.
Can someone be so polite and explain to me how to start i CMUS (console audio player) *.m3u list from command line ?
I know that i can start cmus go to "5"  tab and select file ... but is there option to do so by console ?
Till now i use mplayer and normal tiny core x86 .. now i switch to ARM(piCore - there is no mplayer) and listing to music is ..hmm not so easy
