Printing from network printer
« on: August 25, 2011, 12:14:17 PM »
Hi, i have (one more...sorry) question.

It is about network printing. I have cups extension, and if i launch cupsd in root, i can print with my network printer.
Nevertheless, when i restart the machine, i have to launch cupsd again.

how can i do do use my networks printer without having to use cupsd everytime ?

Making /usr/local/etc/cups persistent doesn't work, so i thought of using a boot script. But how create it ?

Thank you very much.

Your startup scripts are called from /opt/bootlocal.sh.
After editing bootlocal.sh, do a backup.
