What is TC`s method for making GUIs?

The core apps. are interesting in that they`re so small but functional.
I`ve worked with Puppy`s method gtkDialog, it`s not very good at all.
I`m now working with BaCon, which I hope holds a lot of promise.

The base apps are fltk + C++.
