Extensions without a .info file

Whilst doing something else I've just stumbled over the fact that the '.../3.x/tcz' repository contains a few extensions without a matching '.info' file:

Helix-locale.tcz
opera11-locale.tcz
opera11.tcz
pidgin-guifications-locale.tcz
pidgin-guifications.tcz
which kind of makes it difficult for them to be used as probably no person (or a tool like 'appbrowser') will be aware of their existence.

pidgin-guifications* was uploaded by me, and surely enough did not contain an info file.  I will ask the extension maker to send one in. Though the audit script was and is used, not having an info file does not echo a large red error message, but rather a discreet grey one that .*info was not found.  I will add a more intrusive error message for missing info files.

Though I don't have a record of Helix, I am sure I uploaded it, and I will create an info file based on the main extension.
