Syntax for Tiny Core VM with VM TOOLS

(1/1)

klasikrkade:
What is the exact syntax that I need to add to my xorg.conf file to get my VM TOOLS enabled tiny core vm to run with a specified resolution?

My current file looks like this:

danielibarnes:
From the open-vm-tools-x.info:

-- Resolution
The screen resolution can be specified with the xvirt bootcode
(xvirt=1024x768x24, for example) or in xorg.conf as shown:
Section "Screen"
  ...
  SubSection "Display"
    ...
    Depth 24
    Virtual 1024 768
  EndSubsection
EndSection

I underlined the line you need to add.

klasikrkade:
That was what I needed!

Thanks much!
