wbarconf enhancement - customize wbar zoom, icon size, and text label

I have made some enhancements to wbarconf that allow the user to easily customize the wbar zoom factor, the icon size, and whether text labels are displayed.   It will also load in the current values for these settings when you start wbarconf so that you don't have to adjust to your custom settings each time you run the app. 

Attached is the updated source code.
