Hi, is there anything like prism or ice available for TCL?

Please be more specific, there are a ton of FOSS projects named "prism" or "ice".
The only barriers that can stop you are the ones you create yourself.

I mean the web-app creators used by Peppermint and Peppermint-Ice so that you can open a dedicated web window instead of a whole browser. You know, when you want to check your email account, you just open that app and not a full browser. Prism runs off Firefox and Ice runs off Chromium. I use Chromium myself, so I prefer Ice.

Posting very specific direct links of examples might be helpful, rather than citing generic names noone might know when reading here, except from you  ;)
