Looks like as if 'urxvt.tcz' for TC 2.x needs 'fontconfig.tcz' and 'expat2.tcz'

Note: expat2.tcz is already a dep of fontconfig.tcz

Added fontconfig.tcz to the urxvt.tcz dep file in 2.x. 

I will make adjustments to 2.x, but I don't by default, only when specifically asked at this stage.
