(redhat) GLX missing...

Dear Forum,

I am a Linux beginner. l was trying to figure out remote desktop on linux and made a check in the incoming connection. but suddenly the monitor display turn to 800x600 resolution and I cannot open the smoke autodesk software.

this is the message:

You should ask somewhere else where they provide redhat support.
