how to start a program and make it aotogoes on the sticky desktop?

I don't see an directory inside .wmx which would allow such.
Even after manually moving items to sticky, there is no local directory or indicator.
Perhaps an in memory structure?  Possibly peruse flwm source would enlighten us.
