Looks like a bit of democracy in action -- TCL didn't make Ken Hess's original top 10, but his readers voted it in.

It is nice to see that Tiny Core gets noticed!
On the other hand, reading descriptions of winners makes me wonder:
E.g. HM "It is not vulnerable to Windows viruses." ??? Hmm... That is a surprise for a Linux!
