Getting Kernel Panic with QEmu
« on: December 01, 2008, 09:51:37 AM »
Hi, I tried the tinycore_1.0rc1 iso with QEmu and I'm getting a kernel panic while the kernel loads.

It works for me (0.9.1 linux binaries from their site, no kqemu). Could you be running out of ram? What's your system, qemu, configuration?
The only barriers that can stop you are the ones you create yourself.

Hoo, it's an old 0.8 version of qemu. Will try with newer version :)

I can confirm it only affects old version of QEmu. No problem with a recent version.

Loved it! Now that I played with it with QEmu, I'm going to install it for real :)))

Anyone try to emulate TCL installed on an USB pendrive?
