tc as recovery tool

can be useful to add emfl to tc core to be able to use as tool of rescue of files and facilitate the beginning of newbys in tcl, this way tcl can be useful to inexpert people how is my case...

point of view of newbys and tc usefulness.

1º level tool recovery by tc core
2º level web browser by add apps in repository ff or opera
3º level ofimatic apps ( type OOo and Abi ) and  printer modules
4º level to manage networks  wireless systems and webs
5º level multimedia and image tools
