Start on boot?
« on: August 25, 2022, 05:17:08 PM »
First off, piCore is awesome!   ;D

I've set it up with persistent home and opt folders, however, every time I reboot, my .profile and .ashrc files are replaced with the stock ones.  How can I stop this?

Not sure if this is the correct way to handle this or not, but I simply removed home and opt from .filetool.lst.  It's doing what I want now.  :)

Hi sduensin

That is exactly the correct way to fix it. Including  /home  and  /opt  in  .filetool.lst  serves no purpose when they are persistent.
