where to find source code of applications in base?

Please, where can I find the source code for the base system applications? I'm particularly interested in the source code for "Apps" (the GUI extension browser).

Upon further searching, it turns out what I need is the source code for Xprogs.tcz, which is an extension and not part of base system.
