I cannot seem to edit my post so here goes...

I installed an app called "Device Info" on my tablet and it states my tablet is an Arm v7 does this mean I can install the

– Arm V7 Allwinner A10 – http://tinycorelinux.net/arm.html

on my tablet?  I'm not real sure as the page seems somewhat buggy cause when I try to click for the README I get a 404 error.

After 30 minutes you can no longer edit your posts, and even if you could, no one would know that you added new information.

It appears that the  README  at that link is a subdirectory, not a file. Try this link to take a look around:
http://tinycorelinux.net/4.x/armv7/

This might be slightly more recent:
http://tinycorelinux.net/5.x/armv7/
