IRC Channel spam.

Recently, Freenode has been under constant attack by spammers libeling several different parties and there are no operators active on #tinycorelinux to alter the channel's modes to prevent the spammers from speaking in the server. Would it be possible for the current IRC channel op to transfer channel ownership over to an active member of the community, I'd personally nominate andy_jp, mir and ilbelkyr, so that they can keep the spam under control and the channel clear and usable?

I've now taken the channel over and given rights to those three.
