liblzma5 and libgcrypt20 are needed as additional dependencies.
Independently of their presence, however, '/etc/ssh/sshd_config' is always empty whereas on a regular U16.04 installation it comes at ~2.5 kB. When re-using that one, sshd can be launched without any issues by ''/etc/init.d/ssh start''.

Just downgraded to dCore-trusty and the libs do not seem to be a problem. However, 'sshd_config' still is empty. With a suitable copy it works all well.

Added the needed deps, thanks for the find.  Also providing the default /etc/ssh/sshd_config that is provided by Debian as part of the package.

The default configs for openssh-server and libpam-modules have been updated.  Anyone using these packages please run sce-update on any SCEs that contain these packages.
