How to change resolution?
« on: December 24, 2016, 11:06:39 AM »
I've tried searching but haven't figure this out. I have piCore 8 running headless. I installed x11vnc. I can vnc into it but the resolution is really small. I have searched on a way to fix it but can't figure it out. Most say to use randr. I have it installed but running the command says it isn't found.

Hi bobbintb.

The command is  xrandr  , not  randr  , should work, example:
Code: [Select]
xrandr -s 1280x800

xrandr  is currently not available for piCore.
Maybe an  xorg.conf  could do it.
Download a copy and keep it handy: Core book ;)
