readme.sh
« on: July 10, 2016, 10:08:16 AM »
Is /usr/bin/readme.sh new?

Server down again today, readme.sh did not provide proper connection error:
Code: [Select]
tc@box:~$ readme.sh
wget: can't connect to remote host (89.22.99.37): Connection refused
/usr/bin/select2: line 60: can't open /tmp/READMELIST: no such file
cat: can't open '/tmp/select.ans': No such file or directory
does not have a README file, exiting...

IIRC when the connection was good, one of the READMEs gave unavailable error even though it was there, think one of the enlightenment.

Not all READMEs formatted for 80 character wide TTY, where they may likely be accessed to set up graphics, will eventually submit re-formatted READMEs for these.

It's not new, but was broken in it's previous state until the latest update.

I will put in a network check and exit if the repo is down.

Oh, and the readme file format has to be README-packagename.txt.  The one for enlightenment was README-enlightenmnet on the server, missing the .txt.  Fixed now.

The READMEs have been re-formatted by nitram for terminal use along with updated information and uploaded.
