Dualboot scattered install not showing partition files
« on: December 16, 2015, 01:01:17 PM »
I run ubuntu on my machine.

I:
1) DL'ed Coreplus.
2) Extracted it into a folder.
3) Modified the GRUB2 boot sequence, creating an entry for tinycore to boot up from the extracted files in the new folder.

When I log into tinycore I have no access to my ubuntu linux files although there is only one partition.

I cannot seem to copy and paste terminal outputs for some reason.

I want to be able to run a fully dual system with mounted partitions so I can access my files from either distro.

Do you mean that the ubuntu files are on one partition or that the ubuntu and tinycore files are on the same partition? What does the gui mnttool applet show?

So highlighting the text and pasting with the middle mouse button doesn't work?

Did you create a partition to install tinycore to?
