IceWM not showing any icons under TC 6.x after CorePlus install

What the title says. I tried it on a ton of computers and VMs, as well as various versions of both CorePlus and normal Core, and it never worked whatsoever. I read up that this was an issue in an updated version where it was still trying to access the old locations for the icons (which had been moved to a new location to fetch from).
