TC for Parallella
« on: June 21, 2015, 10:54:02 AM »
Hi Everyone,

Would someone be interested in building TC for the Parallella board?  I bought one and it is now my favorite edging out ODROID-C1 and obliterating RPi (but I do still like my Pi).

  • Similar to Raspberry Pi in size
  • 18 Core (Dual core ARM 9 + 16 core Epiphany Coprocessor)
  • Gigabit Ethernet
  • 1GB SDRAM
  • Micro-SD
  • HDMI (or headless)
  • 48 GPIO pins
  • 5v 2A (needs heatsink, I use an old CPU sink/fan combo)

I do not profit from posting any links or promoting the board.

Hi,

No, I'm just a regular guy trying to garner some interest in my new favorite board.  My next favorite is the ODROID-C1, followed by the Pi in case you were wondering.

I am not employed by nor receive any benefit from promoting any of the SBC boards mentioned in any of my posts.

HI

are you from Silicon Valley?

Lame and discouraging.

I stated clearly that I do not benefit from promoting the board.  By deleting my links all you accomplish is making it inconvenient for those who may be interested in finding a resource.

While I am a big fan of the distro, my enthusiasm for TC wanes every time I visit this forum.

Additionally I have found other links, albeit shortened, that point to commercial resources.

What is the big deal anyway.  My only intent was to make it convenient by not requiring the reader to go Google it and and thrash around until they find the right resource.  It's not like I was spamming.

Lame and discouraging.

Hello,

I'm interested in any progress you might have made in porting tc to the Parallella.
