core 6.0 and 6.1rc3 tce-audit builddb fails

Cannot create tce.db and tce.lst.  Permission denied.

IT looks like the definitions of TCE_DB and TCE_LST are missing the path.

Please check your tce dir permissions, git shows those never had the path and operated in the tce dir. /tmp is fine too, just mentioning.

The path was tce/optional, and the files it couln not create already existed as -r-xrwxr-x tc staff.
I deleted them and now the audit runs ok.
