how to add printer on network in tiny core

I have installed cups.tcz & its status is running .
I read somewhere about accessing http://localhost:631 to add printer .
But I get 'Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at localhost:631' .
BTW , I have an hp laserjet p4515 printer with ip 192.168.104.15 in network .
i am able to ping it .
I want to print my pdf file from it .
What can I do ?

http://localhost:631 should work if you're trying to add a printer on the same machine that is running cups.

Do you get any errors from "sudo /usr/local/etc/init.d/cups start"
