2 q's regarding setup

Hi all, i am ready to install TC plus on a newly built cpu, but have a few questions.

1. How do i permanetly install TC so i no longer need to boot from USB, just like any other OS like windows or mac OS's.

2. There are apps like audacity and WineHQ that do not show up during app searches, how can manually install these apps without using app search?
