when you say loaded? how can i check? Is RunApp a legitimate way to load extentions? Or is it Just "App"? There's no Lan or Wifi connectivity.

You can load extensions using the apps gui or from the command line using "tce-load -i pci-utils"

One way to check if extensions are loaded is to look in /tmp/tcloop for a subdirectory with the extension name.

If you don't have an Internet connection, you'll need to download the extension using another machine and copy the extension using a usb stick or similar until you get an Internet connection working.

Problem solved! Im using a USB , i set the directory in Apps, and put the files in the tce/optional folder it created instead of the the cde/optional folder. Then ran:

tce-load -i "extention name here".tcz
