Ati Radeon X300 SE support
« on: June 29, 2014, 04:34:50 AM »
Hi,

I failed to find a strictly hardware related branch, so I kindly ask here ;)

Does the current TC support Ati Radeon X300 SE or similar older PCI-E graphics cards? If it does, which module would I need? I only need the 2D accel (auto setting desktop resolution to the display's native one in Xorg would do just fine!). The original integrated Intel crap onboard is impossible to use, so I look for an add-on alternative.

Any advice on working cheap (PCI-E) solutions is welcome... Thank you in advance!

Did you try the xf86-video-ati extension?

No, I haven't :)

I needed someone to pass me a straw - the lazy way. Thank you!
