Can't see any download url though (just "Here" - perhaps only for logged in users??).

I did get that far - after firing up a javascript capable browser - that's how I found the "Here" but still no link or url.
Did you find any?

No, I didn't. Looks somewhat curious.  I took a look to the HTLM-source-code.
Just plain text where a link is expected.
