xfce4 - Network activity monitor ?

Hi im wondering been playing around with both lxde and xfce4, but i cant find a working network activity monitor for xfce4, any ideas or tips?

conky has that, it's independent of the WM.
The only barriers that can stop you are the ones you create yourself.

Thank you, but its not that i was after, i was after the icon besides the clock in the top panel
im sorry for my bad english :)

But maybe its inbeded in the xfce4-goodies-panel however its incompatible
