I think freecad is a good choice for cad. However, I think it is hard to compile. I failed a few times and I haven't make it.

Freecad seems ot have a lot of dependencies, not sure how simple it would be to make it in scm format.

I have succeeded in compiling it. It can run but not so satisfying. Also, it has a lot of dependencies which have to build by myself.

Hi awabimakoto
Maybe you could offer a few details about why it was not satisfying?

Maybe I just cannot get used to it. I used AutoCAD at one time and I like it's style. In FreeCAD I cannot find a way to draw by inputting commands. Besides, I didn't prepare all the dependencies, and FreeCAD do start but fail to use all its functions. Just personal opinion. I don't major in engineering so compiling it is just a try.
Here is the dependencies that cannot be found in tinycore repo:
xerces-c++ (from apache)
opencascade (community edition is free)
coin3d and soqt
the dependencies above and some essential dependencies in repo can make FreeCAD compiled and run. I haven't got other stuffs that ensure it's full functions.
Sorry for my bad English.

Hi awabimakoto
According to this:
http://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/free-cad/index.php?title=Draft_Line
there is a console for entering commands. Read the paragraph titled  Scripting.
