Trying to remaster TinyCore - I have read wiki [SOLVED]
« on: April 06, 2012, 09:24:25 AM »
Hello,

Before I begin, yes, I have taken a look at the remastering page on the wiki.

What I'm trying to do is remaster a copy of TinyCore loaded with rdesktop and a script to connect to our Windows server on boot.

The remastering page was a bit confusing. I don't understand how to get what I have setup currently, into the remaster. It seems like I just extract the OS, and "Throw what I want in there"

Where do I throw things?

What do I throw in?

I'm fairly experienced with Linux OSes, but this is just confusing me. :( Help!

Try ezremaster available in repo. It is an application to make remastering easy and safe.
