Installing Webmin on TinyCore

Hi guys!
Here's the thing. I've got homework about installing webmin on to a tinycore which is installed on virtual box.
Everything goes fine, untill i reach point where i want to install webmin. Then terminal gives me "permission denied".
I was working this way:
wget *link*-1.570-1.noarch.rpm
and then run the command :
rpm -U webmin-1.570-1.noarch.rpm

I had to change U to i, because i is the command to install, but then i get that error. Any suggestions?

If it works at all, you will probably need to sudo rpm -i webmin-1.570-1.noarch.rpm
