I agree curaga.
A warning requiring the operator to hit enter, then NOT mounting /home or /opt might be a good thing.

All that is needed is a statement added reflecting the current status of persistence, or the lack of due to the following reasons.

something like:

Persistence is not functioning or setup correctly as a result
home can not be saved between sessions on a Microsoft file system
opt can not be saved between sessions on a Microsoft file system

?
