You don't have to be a "Linux geek" to use TC -- I wasn't and I'm still not. You do have to be willing to invest some time though. Oddly enough, based on what I've seen in the forums the people who struggle the most with TC are ones who've used other Linux distros, and have fixed ideas about how Linux "should" work.

Ooh, that was a lively little bit of conversation on the LJ site.  Thanks for pointing that out - I'd have missed it.

@thane: Are you -sure- you're still not a Linux geek?    :)
