Title: enabling icons in JWM for terminal/app browser/control panel

added this one line in .jwmrc:

<IconPath>/usr/share/wbar</IconPath>
This adds the icons for terminals, the control panel and the app browser also in JWM.
As this is eye candy but without adding new stuff, I'd suggest adding it in the base.
