Title: TC 2.x EOL ?

Now as development resources are focused in TC 3.x I guess TC 2.11 is the last in the 2.x line. Is it the case?

Yes.2.11 is the last of the 2.x series.
 It is possible thar a minor (bug fix) release could be issused, e.g. 2.11.1
