* Fixed microcore support for norestore issue
works fine now :)
-
* Major updated to tce-load for better recursion support.
..seems to work quicker now, seems to work faster, all extensions load and expat2 is loaded before dbus - all good ;D
-
Yes, I'm really happy with the speed too. Dependency resolution is fast, no extra overhead except .dep download. I'm just rebuilding my development environment using LXDE on 2.10rc2 installing many tools and utilities. No any bug found till now, it is just working :)

it seems that when i issue sudo tce-setup, it does not only load the initramfs extensions, but also export several files from /etc/skel to /home/tc (as f.ex. .xsession, .Xdefault, .setbackground etc.); is it possible to avoid this last behaviour; i am asking because this overwrite the custom .xsession, .Xdefault etc. files loaded from mydata.gz at boot.
-
mydata.gz is not supported. mydata.tgz or mydata.tcz with copy2fs.lst should provide for your needs.
-
sorry for the typo, mydata.tgz is correct, my observation remains though
-
Likely a timing issuse. Does using the boot code showapps help?
-
Nevermind. showapps is during boot. You are talking about after boot, after restore. Gotcha.
-
Found it. Fixed it. Good report. Thanks!

thanks, happy to help
