Title: Looks like nobody user is still 99 in tc1.1rc1

Great work on tc 1.1 Robert, thanks for all yours and others efforts. I tried out 1.1rc1 and it looks like user nobody is still 99 in the passwd file.

I must have changed my live system and not the master.
Thanks for the report. I will be sure to update the master.
