Don't know about DSL on distrowatch, but for some history see here:

Are you sure? It is there: http://distrowatch.com/table.php?distribution=damnsmall

OK, not on the scroll box to select from the list and not on the ranking list right side, but there. Seems to be just a technical issue with Distrowatch, not DSL.

It could be due to the fact that DSL has had little or no activity for well over six months. There web site and discussion forum are all but static. On Distrowatch, the rankings default to the last six months. When the activity for the last six months fell out of the rankings, DSL fell out the top 100.

I guess Robert was a major factor in DSL's development.

Hi,

I asked Ladislaw, this is the official answer:

Quote

Since it hasn't had a release for more than a year and there is no
sign of any development activity on their web site, it has been
re-classified as "dormant". Only "active" distribution are kept in the
selection scroll box.

This is true, latest version 4.4.10 was released on November 17, 2008.
